Cleaning
Before first use: Wipe the roller and both cutters clean with a damp cloth. Do not wash or rinse them with water. Do not soak them or put them in the dishwasher.
After making pasta: Let residual dough dry, then clean the roller and cutters only with the supplied small brush. Do not wash them with water. Do not use sharp objects to remove dough.
Remove dough residue from the support plate and wipe it with a soft, dry cloth. Keep all pieces clean and dry before storing. Turn off and unplug the mixer before fitting, removing, or swapping attachments.
