Return Window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Quality Returns

For returns that are not due to a product quality issue, the item must be returned together with its original packaging.

The customer pays a $5 return-shipping contribution, and Gvode covers the remaining return-shipping cost.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable for non-quality returns.

Quality Issues or Damage

If your item has a quality issue or arrives damaged, Gvode will cover the full return-shipping cost.

Once approved, we will refund the full amount paid for the order, including the original shipping charge.

Refund Timing

After we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 3 business days.
