The roller and two cutters share one all-metal attachment. Move from rolling sheets to cutting pasta using the same integrated unit.
Your dough, your thickness.
The roller has 8 thickness settings. The spaghetti and fettuccine cutters each make their own fixed noodle width; changing the roller dial does not change the cutting width.
Use prepared pasta dough and follow the operating instructions supplied with your attachment.

GVODE023 connects to the front power hub and fits all KitchenAid stand mixer models. This is a front-hub attachment, not a bowl accessory.
The stand mixer is not included.
Connect, then create.
Turn off and unplug the mixer before fitting or removing the attachment. Connect it at the front power hub and secure it with the attachment knob. Follow the supplied installation and operating instructions.

Setup and care

Wipe clean with a damp cloth before first use. After use, brush away dried dough. Follow these care steps for GVODE023.

Before first use, wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not wash or rinse with water. Avoid soaking.
Fit it with the mixer unplugged
Turn off and unplug the mixer before fitting or removing the attachment. Follow the installation instructions supplied with your product.
After making pasta: brush only
Do not wash or rinse the attachment with water. Clean the roller and cutters with the supplied small brush.
Keep it dry
Make sure the attachment is clean and dry before storing it for next time.
A few things to know
What comes in the box?
One integrated all-metal attachment with a pasta sheet roller, spaghetti cutter, and fettuccine cutter, plus a cleaning brush. The stand mixer is not included.
Does the dial change the noodle width?
No. The 8-position dial adjusts the thickness of rolled pasta sheets. Each cutter makes a fixed noodle width.
Does this attachment mix or knead dough?
No. Start with prepared pasta dough; this attachment rolls and cuts it.
